Didn't do an exam (digital exam) two years in a row, says is not necessary, just wrote scrips for meds. I've got to many friends that have gotten prostate cancer.

Dr. Robert Bass I find is most professional but yet personable to his patients. My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Bass. He has treated us like family since day one. I consider it a great visit when it's time to see him. My husband has a kidney removed due to cancer by Dr. Bass and I had to sling surgeries by the Doctor. Not all doctors fit with an individual but as for me and mine. We love him. Keep up with your knowledgeble traits. And wonderful bedside manner. Felicia and Eddie

Beginning with urinary incontinence, swollen prostate, failure of oral med treatment, was diagnosed and worked up for surgery, totally professional and kind, no pain beyond brought on by my illness, (did have catheter pain but eventually self-catherized easily). 2nd Surgery TURP--good results, office is responsive. Kind people. Dr. Bass is talented, causes no pain, and is interested in his patients.

He was not willing to investigate existence of low testosterone levels even though I have almost all the symptoms of such a condition and my life could be improved greatly by treating this condition, if I have it. This doctor simply looked at me and said, "Oh, no, you don't have that." Not sound medical practice.
