Dr. Robert E Berry, DO

I have seen Dr. Berry on several occasions and has doon surgery and Gel injections on both knees and have been pleased with his service, up until now. I reinjured my right knee and made an appointment for 2:20. I arrived early and was promptly greeted and led to a room. The practitioner took my information and had x-rays done within a few short minutes. After 1 hour of waiting in the room, my wife asked the nurse” how much longer?” She replied “in a minute”. Ten minutes later (1 hr. 10 minutes total), We left. I have yet to hear from anyone from the Dr’s office including Dr Berry for any explanation. I’m retired and a pretty patient person. If they would have come in and explained they were backed up and could I continue to wait or reschedule, I would have been fine with that and understood. But this happening and the lack of any phone call, I feel I am not an important customer to Dr. Berry and his staff. I would hate for anyone to have to go thru this.

Definitely recommend this place. I’m a stubborn runner and not the most compliant patient. I appreciate how Dr. O’Brien saw me as an individual and customized my treatment plan to my specific needs, taking into consideration my sense of urgency to get back to my normal routine. And they have Saturday hours!!!

Dr. Berry is awesome! He will work with you on the least intrusive treatment options first only going on to surgery if their is no other option. My wife and I have been going to see Dr. Berry since he came back to Texas about 10 years ago. We will see no one else but Dr. Berry for any orthopedic issues!

I saw Dr O’Brien and the visit was excellent. He clearly explained the problem and suggested a course of action.

Professional and friendly service. Will come back. Will recommend my friends.

I should have listened to my gut. I had a bad feeling about this place when I drove up. They open at 8:30 and my appt was at 8:30. I check in and a tech takes me back to a room that is freezing cold. He is asking questions and writing them down on a paper towel! Then he has to get the Xray machine ready... another 20 min go by. Seems like it should have been setup by the time they open. Then I go back to the freezing room and he tells me to put on paper shorts. I am sitting there waiting and freezing in my paper shorts and the doctor never showed up. I was the first appt of the day so why is he an hour late? So I left. No apologies from them... in fact they asked if I wanted to reschedule. Really? What a waste of time.

So grateful for Dr. Berry and all of his knowledge and expertise. He helped me get back quickly to the activities I love!

Had my ACL reconstructed by Dr Berry in Spring of 2019. The surgery went well but things went downhill from there. The physical therapy/therapists was a huge disappointment. I’m very disheartened and discouraged at this point. The pain is worse than I’ve ever had all the way back to when I originally injured the knee.
