I saw him for my thumb (arthritis in it) I no problems with him he was clear on the damage and what my treatment options were I will be seeing him again

Don't, just don't... Biggest ass you will run across. This guy has a serious God complex and must have been bullied as a child.

Grandson had surgery with him on ankle, put in screws. They were infected for 5 months! He did nothing! Went to different doctor who said the bone was infected so bad they took out screws and have heavy antibiotics. This would have led to amputation of he hadn't seen someone else!

I'm seeking a surgeon to remove 2 bone calcifications from my leg because they are restricting the normal operation/use of my leg. I found out today that Dr Blotter sent a letter stating he's not recommending surgery. I'm a released patient, who is he to interfere with me in getting my leg back to normal?? Well this didn't work and I'm getting my referral. My point is, a doctor takes an oath to help people. So, why would he want a person not to be 100% the way the person was before their accident?? Do not see him if at all possible as your doctor! I had no confidence in him (as a patient should) as my doctor. This is why I did not want him cutting me open again. Most of his reviews are negative.

you are out of luck!! Dr. Blotter was the on call surgeon when I had my accident this past winter. I tried to get a referral for a different surgeon because I have 2 bone calcifications. The doctor I chose only referred me back to Dr Blotter. I asked the nurse, "what about a person's right to choose their own doctor?". She said, " I'm sorry, its our policy". This is the USA not Russia, or is it??? This forces me to change my earlier ratings.

I had to have 2 additional surgeries from other doctors to help resolve an issue caused from my initial surgery from Dr. Blotter. He could answer my question of why my leg looked broken still on my x-rays after 2 months. During the original surgery, he set my leg bones with an 1/8" gap between them, there was no chance that my leg bones would heal together, they need to be touching to mend together. Even I know that and I'm not an Orthopedic Surgeon. Bad result, if I could have put a negative stars, it'd be -5 stars.

He talks a good talk, but hasn’t responded to my calls to schedule surgery after 12 tries over three weeks. Thanks Laura! You are fired!! Looking for a “competent” surgeon!

I love this Doctor...He is very pleasant and always makes me smile. He has helped me with my carpel tunnel release surgeries and with my shoulder spurs. I highly recommended him.

I was ruined by this man. He replaced my hip, made my legs the same length and I now have a pinched nerve in my neck and lower back, half of my body is numb. He has the WORST bedside manner. He does not adequately manage your pain. He is real thin on the pain killers, which is ridiculous considering he rips open your body and puts recalled parts in. :Yes I need another total hip replacement because he used hardware which has been recalled. They don't call him Slaughter Blotter for nothing.

Dr. Bloter was very proffessional, and compasionate with my condition. He scheduled me for surgery promptly, and did a wonderful job with my knee replacement. He will be doing a full knee replacement on my other knee in about a month. I hghly recommend him.
