Dr. Robert Bradley Boccaccio, DO

I have been apart of the OMEGA OB family for over 20 years. It saddens me today that I have now been terminated from being a patient. Two weeks ago I contracted Covid and called to reschedule my Appointment ahead of time because I knew I was going to be in isolation. During Isolation both my kids contracted Covid as well a few days after I did. Which made isolation even longer for me because they couldn’t go to school and I had to take care of them, so I called again to let them know what was going on and they said okay. Now two weeks later we are all doing better so I call to schedule my appointments only to be told I’m terminated which I was shocked and confused as to why, I emailed Dr. Boccaccio got no response back, only to find out his assistant and the manager I spoke Sandra said she is closing my case and he will not get your email. To my surprise she said it was his decision and he made the call, so why would you delete my email I sent to him trying to gain an understanding of… why he terminated me, Sandra took it personal and made this decision on her own to close my file and I’m still here confused as to why. I just seen him for an annual a few weeks ago before getting Covid and he set up a follow up with me and referrals and now he terminated me. My feelings are so hurt to know after all these years this is how I’m being treated and for what reason, I don’t know. Now I have to find another OB practice. I just thought I was owed an explication or reason why I’m being shut out of being able to talk to Dr. Boccaccio to understand why. If I didn’t have Covid I would of been there, but I called way before my appointment and advised the lady at the appointment desk what was going on in advance. This is just sad and not right at all.
