He makes me feel very comfortable well getting injections for I suffer anxiety that Lisa is also a great help dr. Boolbol has been treating me for 8 years and with hard work I can live a semi-normal life dr. Boolbol is the best

Very much enjoy working with Amanda Ponte. She's a warm, concerned professional who listens well, knows her stuff and has a sense of humor. Chronic pain sucks, a lot, but folks like Amanda are of great help in fighting this frequently lonely battle.

Dr. Boolbol has been prescribing opiate pain medication for my pain for over 12 years. Going to a pain center was my last resort after trying all kinds of therapies previously. FINALLY, my pain is tolerable. THANK YOU, Dr. Boolbol!!!

He was my first pain management doctor over 10 years ago. I wish I never left his practice to be honest. Out of all the specialists I have seen since he is still the nicest one and the most caring one. I don't know if after 10 years he has changed, I hope not... But he was the only doctor I ever felt cared about my condition and really helping me. God Bless him.

Well, the problem I had w their office could’ve (and should’ve ) been handled very differently ! An easy fix issue I had! It was just sending an approval to ins. co. and that would be it. But NOOOOO, his staff doesn’t answer the phone until abt 10ish. Then, when I did get thru, the “person” on the other end let me know she couldn’t care less! Not a pleasant tone in her voice! Really ? This did not need to happen ! It was an easy fix. Well, it took me 4 days and because of all my frustration w what was actually happening, I ended up paying out of pocket. Idk who dropped the ball here, but this should NEVER be the “norm” I’m not taking anything away from Dr. Boolbol , I think he just needs to take a look at his staff and never, ever tolerate poor customer service !

The treatment I recieved from Dr Bolbool was good, and he was very upbeat and positive in his demeaner. The problem I have is they failed to notify me that they had trouble with getting the insurance authorization and failed to notify me. I get the pre authorization myself, called them and got amessage back that there was nothing more they could do for me. The ball dropped somewhere??????

I can't say enough about Dr.Boolbol....I was seeing Dr. Taboada at Hartford Health Care.He told me I needed back surgery and couldn't do anymore for me as far as injections. Thats when I discovered Dr. Boolbol, he has had no problem getting into the right spot in back to give me months of relief. I have had this back pain for 10 years and I am so blessed to have found this doctor..He manages my pain medication also, along with Kate. They make a great team..Dr. Boolbol has a wonderful bed side manner and is always available to listen.Like I said: I am so blessed to have found this doctor and all his staff.. My dosage was significantly decreased. I was told it was a law! The worse part is that I am finding it difficult to work an 8 hour day and my pain wakes me up at night.
