I've had diseases since I was a kid, have seen dozens of doctors. I have never, ever had a worse dr than Dr Braun. He yelled at me while I was hospitalized because I was not responding to treatment. And it isnt just me-I'd heard him shout at others or on the phone while I was waiting for my appts. He is unbearable if he needs to be paged, as if anyone wants to have a GI emergency! The nurses at the hospital were terrified of him--I could just tell they were scared to trigger his temper. I put up with his attitude for a while because it thought he was at least competent. However, when I didn't respond as he thought I should to the medication, he tried to change a lifelong diagnosis and then also told me I needed therapy! sorry, dude, I'm not the one here who needs therapy. I wish I had trusted my instincts from the start and run from this egomaniacal and inhuman "doctor". There are better ones in town and within a short drive. Spoiler: I later responded well to a… different medication combo that would have been simple to change, had he not believed MD stands for Minor Deity.

Sometimes Docs don't tell you what you want to hear but one needs to pay attention and follow their advice. Dr Braun is a very nice and professional doctor.

You are the rudist doctor I have ever met. Yes, there is a time to be blunt, but it is not your place to judge what has happened in my life to why I am as sick as I am. Your nurse crossed the line of professional behavior and I always thought doctors and nurses would be the first persons to show compassion. You and your nurse have no compassion. You only worry about if you are going to get paid! You should be ashamed!!

He has treated me for over 20 years. He accurately diagnosed my illness and is genuinely concerned about my care. I wouldn't go to anyone else. He is a great doctor and quality individual.
