Dr. Robert Burgess Bressler, MD

1:00 pm is appointment time. I so I So I arrived at 12:45. At 1:22 office staff finally has me fill out first time paperwork. At 1:38 I’m brought back to see the dr. And at 2:20 i’m Still waiting. Not sure if the dr. Is the problem or a poor supporting staff. Utterly ridiculous.

I am so impressed with how much he cares and I trust he will get to the bottom of my problems. He says he will and I believe him.

Reception is rude. Nurse seems so overwhelmed and too busy to give patients any time. I wait a minimum of a half hour anytime I'm here and I have been three times. I have waited an hour before. Doctor moves slowly but doesn't seem very interested in patients explaining what's going on. I got allergy testing done here, which I have previously had done before elsewhere. Dr. Bressler found I was allergic to nothing, and seemed shocked when I told him every previous allergy test showed I was allergic to dust. I would recommend finding a different allergist. I will not be back.

Bressler is awesome but waited over an hour in reception area, then waited 15 min in the back room for a 10 min doctor visit. I hate these appt. more than any other ever!

While Dr. Bressler was professional and took time to ask after all of my symptoms and issues and triggers, it was the office and the nurse I had issue with. When coming into the building, there were no warning signs for the normal triggers: nuts, perfumes, cigarettes, etc. The nurse who took my vitals smelled so heavily of cigarette smoke that I thought I was going to choke and I was glad I was sitting. While Dr. Bressler himself was very personable, I am not sure that I can go back.

He was so patient with my children and listened to all of our concerns without rushing us. Very pleasant experience over-all. The nurses were also relaxed and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Oh, and that receptionist at the front window is on top of things doesn't mess around either! :-)

Dr. Bressler is a great doctor but plan on waiting a long time. For my last two appointments I had to wait an hour past my scheduled appointment time.

Has been an excellent Doctor. The staff takes their timeline often goes above and beyond to help patients

You will wait a while after checking in, BUT Dr. Bressler is so very worth the wait!!! He takes his time with you. He isn't just going to rush in and out! You can tell he cares and he is very thorough! He digs into the root of the problem and will ask years back about your health! I will wait every time for a thorough, intelligent, and caring physician!!!

Although we really enjoy Dr. Bressler as a professional and he has done a great job with my son, wait times are consistently over an hour after the appointment time at his office in HCMC in Paris. The waiting room is always completely full of people enduring these wait times. I look forward to moving to an area where other options are available.
