Dr. Robert Allen Brinkman, MD

Very personable, knowledgable. Very clear about his practice, and dedication to maintaining patients' health and accessibility to him. The idea of a national organization and marketing materials is new to me, but the bottom line seems to be improved patient care, which is what it's all about. And he is focused on that.

Words can't explain the about the STL greatest Internal Medicine, I've known Dr Brinkman for over 25 years!!!! He's still as good since day one wen I first met him... I'm in the best of help thanks to God for sending Dr Brinkman my way, if you care about your health while on this earth chec him out, you will be satisfied, real talk thanks Dr Brinkman for your ongoing care and support...

Very approachable - minimizes the techno-babble doctor speak and quite willing to explain better if you're not following. Follows up and clearly spends a lot of time on his patients since he calls late in the afternoon and even on a Saturday sometimes to giver results or followup.

My husband passed away a month ago after being a patient of robert brinkman for around 10 years. Dr. brinkman didnt even say to the family im sorry for your loss let alone send a sympathy card.SO Much for caring and bedside manner!!!!!!!!

The office staff can make or break a doctor and this office staff is breaking this doctor. They are completely rude, inconsiderate, and they reflect poorly on the doctor. For example, there were several of us waiting in line to check-in and the receptionist proceeded to tell us all to wait because she was on the phone. Then, you heard her conversation which consisted of her making her vacation plans. She was doing the same thing to those calling the office. I have requested my medical records 3 times so I can switch doctors and they "somehow" keep losing my consent form. I raised the point to the doctor with no response. Both my son and I have had it with this staff and doctor and are moving to a different doctor with a better front-line staff. I would not recommend Dr. Brinkman.

I think it is time for Brinkman to retire. He has treated me poorly the last several times I have seen him, and, frankly, I am fed up with it. I am moving on and finding a new physician.

Dr. Brinkman misdiagnosed my mother and had extremetly poor bedside manner. PLEASE find a different doctor.

Dr Brinkman is old school in the most positive way. Ironic I am prasing him for seeing me at my scheduled time, spending time with me, asking me how I am and providing time for my questions and answers. He was recommended to me and I have recommended him to many more who are just as satisfied.

WHAT A REFRESHING CHANGE TO FIND A DOCTOR WHO REALLY SEEMS TO CARE AND TAKE THE TIME WITH A NEW PATIENT. SO FAR, I AM THOROUGHLY PLEASED WITH THE CARE AND TREATMENT I HAVE RECEIVED WITH MY FIRST VISIT.
