Dr. Robert Brinkman II

NOT Happy!!!! Dr. Brinkman has been my doctor since around the early 2000, basically when he just got out of Med School. My family is not a sick family and we don't require many office visits. My husband just wanted to get checked to see if he had pneumonia and Dr. Brinkman had openings today and tons of other openings this week but I was told to go to a quick clinic because since my husband hadn't been there in a while he would be considered a new patient and there are not many of those appointments available. Are you Kidding Me!!!!! I had scheduled an appointment online already under my name so that I could get in today (yesterday was Sunday) and called 1st thing to make sure they changed the name on it, so there was availability but he couldn't see him because they considered him a new patient and that wasn't a time slot a new patient could have. What the heck is wrong with people!!!!

I've been going to Dr. Brinkman for years, he's very laid back, makes me feel comfortable, is attentive to my needs. When I email him with a problem he gets back with me right away. He and his nurse Amy and medical assistant Fe treat me like family. They have a great staff and I never have to wait very long. He's the best!

Staff is wonderful....doctor doesn't seems to care about his patients shows no feelings are compassion. Dry personality. A smile would be nice.

This man must be the worst Doctor ever! Actually sat at his "desk" with feet up, hands behind head and asked why I was there. I told him a little of what was wrong before he stood up and told me "I cannot help you".......which I was billed for! Unbelievable! Don't waste your time with this guy.

I never felt worse in my life and came to this doctor only to be rushed and treated with no compassion. He was clearly not interested in knowing all my symptoms nor getting to the bottom of what was wrong. Please avoid this doctor.

this doctor sent me a letter in the mail saying he wouldn't be my doctor anymore and gave no explanation At least he could give me an explanation why. But he avoids you

Not very engaged. Not too interested in patients. Exams are quick and nearly all issues are referred to other physicians.

I have seen this Dr. for the past 5 years and am well pleased with him and his staff. He listens carefully and has gotten my high blood pressure under control with a minimum of tweaking. He also prescribes generic drugs when appropriate, which I also appreciate. He was referred to me by a friend and I recommend him as well.

I went to this doctor with fatigue, swelling in my legs, hair loss, and a strong history of thyroid problems in my family. He brushed all my symptoms off, saying "you are just getting older" - I was 41 at the time. Two months later I discovered a lump in my neck, went to another doctor and ended up needing surgery to remove the left lobe of my thyroid. Other people I've talked with who have gone to him have stated that he often does not take patient's symptoms seriously.

PLease avoid seeing this physician.
