Robert Brockman, MD, FACS

Dr. Robert Brockman is a surgeon who completed his medical education at the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine in Charleston. He pursued specialized training through residencies in general surgery at East Tennessee University-J.H. Quillen College of Medicine and vascular surgery at St. Vincent's Hospital Medical Center. With 38 years of experience in surgical practice, Dr. Brockman holds certification from the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He provides care in English to patients throughout the region.

Dr. Brockman practices at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital and maintains his surgical practice in Bluffton, South Carolina. His expertise includes managing high blood pressure conditions and treating hypertensive emergencies in both adult and pediatric patients. He specializes in chronic wound care and performs wound debridement procedures to promote healing in complex cases.
