Terrible office. I regret using their service and would not recommend them. They took money from my pocket for a treatment completed and paid off 3 years ago. They failed to file my insurances properly and timely. They constantly changed their words, and ignored my questions and requests for documentations.

Dr. B. went beyond the call of duty. He happened to be attending my church one Sunday and my son told me that his palate expander was bothering him. I told my son not to be imprudent and not bother the doctor in church while he was with his family attending service. At the end of the service my son ran away and showed Dr. B what was bothering him. Dr. B told my son to meet him at his office within 10 minutes. Dr. B then took his two kids and his wife straight from Church on a Sunday to his office just to fix my son's palate expander. I was embarassed at first, but his wife explained that her husband was always on call for orthodontic emergencies and on the odd event that they were out of town, he would leave a trusted colleague in the area on call for him. I never expected that level of service and on the next occasion where my son had food caught in his appliance we called and Dr. B himself called me back and over the telephone was able to coach me though the issue and we were able… to get the food out of the appliance without needing to go in for a visit. So happy we went to Dr. B. even better yet that he was within our insurance plan!
