Dr. Robert L Burns, MD

The most favorable way to describe my vist with Dr. Burns is that he is rude,extremely impatient and quite frankly, for lack of a better description, a real jerk. The way he treated and spoke to the technician who assisted him was abusive and cruel and made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for the young technician. His treatment and demeanor towards myself was no less. At one point I felt as if he were trying to separate my head from my body, while voicing his frustration and telling me it's my fault because I'm moving. He ripped one of the sutures right out while trying to close. All this in between belittling the technician simultaneously. He is best suited for a 13th century inquisition than modern dentistry. Do yourself a favor, read more reviews then go elsewhere

Removed the wrong tooth while I was under anesthesia. I explained that the tooth was severely broken on top left back and he removed the bottom last back tooth which was perfectly fine. Read his reviews. I wish I had before going to him but he was able to fit me in quickly and I was in pain. Don't take the chance. Go to anyone else.

This guy is brutal, I went in for an extraction and thought he was going to mame me. He STABBED the novicane needle into the roof of my mouth and broke my tooth during the extraction and said "I knew I was going to do that". He pressed on my eye and scratched my chin twice. This guy is a joke, I was glad to make it out alive! They rushed me out of the office within a minute after the extraction. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Mt face is still swollen and I feel like I was in a boxing match with Mike Tyson.

I'm not even sure what the dentist was like because the front office clerk was so rude. Walked in at 2:33 for a 2:30 appt. And told it was too late. When I asked why, very abruptly and rudely told he was leaving. I will not be reacheduling.

Dr. Burns rushed through my dental implant and caused me way more pain than is necessary.

Dr. Burns performed a tooth extraction and graft for me yesterday. His office was prompt and courteous in dealing with me. The doctor clearly explained what he intended to do, completely answered my questions, and performed the procedure exactly as explained. My extraction wasn’t particularly comfortable but it was painless. The doctor continually talked to me as he extracted the tooth and subsequently performed a graft -- ensuring that I was okay and explaining what he was doing. I strongly recommend his services.
