My hubby was given very high numbers on a prostrate cancer screening... I watched the primary care dr send a referral while in her office. Came home found Dr Bushes number called for apt. The girl on the phone was such a smart Alec witch. When I told her my hubby had been a pt. She said- your husband was here more than ten years ago... he is not our pt. Plus I did not get no referral... I said well may I make an apt. She said, “ nope dr bush does not see pets at all without a referral. So I said no new patients? Nope no pets without a referral. I said well my insurance doesn’t make us get a referral to see a dr so how about a apt and we sort this out. No . NO so I ask to speak with the office manager she said dr bush was the office manager... this witch was so rude. I told her, as a nurse The way you treat a drs future patients you do not need to deal with folks with a new DX of cancer. You need to be slinging hash in some beer joint. She said I am not rude I am matter of fact and if… you do not like it you can find another urologist for your husband. Thank God he did not hear this not wit.

Assesses your questions and provide answers regarding any issues you are concerned about. Seems very interested in his patients health issues.

Dr. Busch is an outstanding diagnostician. Excellent treatment .

Billed me for services not performed.

I have been calling for 2 straight days every 1/2 hour and all I get is a busy signal. Is this a real Doctors Office???????Pathetic

Negative- After a 2 week wait for the referral appointment, and a 50 mile round trip drive, I still have not seen Dr. Busch. Reason- his staff, starting with the reception window. The young lady has in my opinion a serious lack of people skills. She stated that there were no Doctors there for my appointed time, and that they had been calling me all week about this. Phone company records and my own system indicate this is not true. One call was made about a week ago, and no voice message left. She said she "wasn't lying" although no one had suggested otherwise. Simply getting the numbers confirmed, and calling that number to confirm, from the office, apparently insulted her . Dr. Busch, you may want more details and I have included my e-mail here if you are interested in how your staff conducts itself when you are absent. I have not been treated with such open hostility an any professional office in recent memory.

I drove all the way to Lake City from Woodbine, GA because my urologist in Jax put me through months of unnecessary pain from kidney stones. My Jax doctor said he could find stones in while i was in surgery. He said my stone must have passes. I searched the Internet to find out where Dr. Busch was now because I knew something was wrong! Dr. Busch didn't find a stone.....he found TWO stones! I am really thankful I found him. I just wish he still had his office in Fernandina so I didn't have to drive 2 1/2 hours. Great doctor, and the staff, and the hospital were all wonderful.

My wife made a appointment for a personal problem that I didn't want to got to. I had to wait almost an hour even with very little paperwork to fill out. Dr Bush was was very business like and didn't put an act on for me. He seemed rushed but spent alot of time with me. At least you the doctor every time and not anurse or an assisntant. He gave me the right medicine and improved my life.
