Dr. Robert Hoyt Butler, MD

Easily the biggest joke of an appointment ever. No wonder Dr. Gupta left. Let's start with my 4:20 phone appointment. Nobody called as they were supposed to. Then I call at 4:25 and was told they were just getting ready to call me. Ok. The nurse was fine on our conversation. Then she tells me that Dr. Butler has to call me back in 5 minutes. I wait and wait, but no call. After 30 minutes I call back. Even though office hours are listed until 5:30, he left at 4:50. I am told he called 5 times, but I have no missed calls or voicemails. Then I ask for a reschedule and the last at the front desk tells me I must wait a month. I trek her that is too far away, after they missed calling me initially, and she says "yes we book up. We TRIED calling you." I tell her that is disappointing and I'll need to go elsewhere if they can't honor the appointment or get me one sooner and she says "yes, oh well, bye bye". Terrible customer service, terrible at keeping a schedule, just terrible. Dr. Gupta… made the right choice, and I can see why all of those patients left with him.
