Dr. Robert W Byrn, MD

Dr. Byrn cares about my children and has their best interest at heart. He listens to my husband and I and helps and supports us in taking great care of our children. I couldn't ask for anything more from any doctor. We made the right choice for our family, and I am so glad for it.

Never feel rushed... Always takes time to answer questions and address concerns.

We have 3 children and have been patients of Dr Byrn for four years. He is helpful, kind, and listens to our concerns. We would never change doctors. My kids love him and we've had nothing but good experiences.

The office staff is wonderful. The majority of nurses have been great. All the staff has been professional and courteous. Dr. Byrn has been very rude in his bedside manner. That wouldn't be as big of an issue if we did not have other incidents with him. He has also diagnosed illnesses in my child, never discussed them with me, and the only way I found out was through a follow up call to the nurse. He has also contradicted himself multiple times between appointments. For example, he will give advice at one visit and then change it by the next visit. Since my one child has been sick a lot, there wasn't a lot of time between visits. I really enjoy the front desk treatment, the nurses, the nurse line, and the pharmacy at that location. But, that isn't enough and I will be changing doctors.

Dr. Byrn is a great doctor, he always takes the time to answer all my questions even when you know they are extremely busy. I never feel rushed.

The most caring and compasionate doctor I've ever met, and he's great with kids too!

Dr. Byrn insisted on a procedure for my child without even knowing us or our situation well and became frustrated when I explained why the recommendation was unnecessary and didn't follow his suggestions for my child.
