He was very "high energy", kind, thoughtful, very complete in his questioning of the condition and examination of the tumor. He was very thorough in answering all questions asked and giving a "guideline" on how he would proceed with the surgery. Still waiting on surgery date.

Since Dr. Canter is very much in demand, and appointment is somewhat difficult to get. However, when one does succeed, it is worth the wait. Dr. Canter does take time with you as he does with others. So, you may think you have waited too long, but console yourself with the knowledge that the time you wait is the time he is taking with another as he will with you.

Dr. Canter has elevated the art of listening to the highest level. When you explain to Dr. Canter your concerns, you can be assured that he is listening and processing everything that is said. His questions to you are relevant, reassuring and brief. It is both his kindness and good humor, along with his professional expertise , combines to make him such a terrific physician.

Dr Canter saved my life first by calming me down with the right medicine and then by removing the cancer in my back. When you get a diagnosis of Sarcoma you want to get the best Dr and Sugeon and in this case he is one and the same. I would recommend him for any Sarcoma surgery that you might need and for any consulting, he has the right way with patients and makes you feel better even though it was news about cancer.

Dr. Canter was one of the best physician listeners I have ever encountered. He did , however, become impatient when I became unfocused during my visit. He wants one to focus on the purpose of the visit which I can understand. I thought he wrote an excellent post-operative report which remains valuable for my future medical care. I would ask for his professional services again.

I'm sure he is a great doctor at what he does! He is very confident almost arrogant. The thing that he needs to master is his bed side manners, and compassion. It is a gift of healing he was given. Being commpasionate and caring is a must when it comes to patient whom are fighting for there lifes.
