Dr. Robert Matthew Chandler, DO

Was seen at Urgicare. Prescribed antibiotic that was old school, not the top choice & made my condition worse...also acknowledged by my PCP! Lost 4 days toward my recovery! Wasted money spent at Urgicare.

He's very upfront about tests results, he really listens to you . Very knowledgeable and his bedside manner this fantastic. I would recommend him to all my friends.

This Dr is one horrible. Heritage Primary Care should be ashamed at the way he treats patients. First of all we are people, no matter what our medical condition may be. He took an oath as a physician to help people not to treat us as if we are an inconvenience to him or a bother. I understand Dr. Caldwell retired and it is impossible to know every one of his patients but at least look at a file and have a clue before you walk into a room and for God's sake check drug interactions before prescribing medication. He certainly goes above and beyond to make his newly acquired patients feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Do not go to this doctor, he is all about himself not about listening to us as patients or doing what is best.

We will not be going back to this doctor again, this visit was very strange, I have never seen a doctor act this way, he just didn't care, like we were a bother to him,. Or just the way he was slouching in his chair made us believe there is something wrong with this doctor. There was alot of other things that he said which just didn't make since. We do like going to this doctor office, staff are wonderful, we just like seeing the other doctors there and seeing Steph. Five stars for the staff.
