Easy to communicate with.

Dr Chao had some novel solutions that no other rheumatologist had yet suggested in my over ten years of seeing a rheumatologist.

I've never had a doctor who LISTENED to my symptoms from history to current symptoms to figure out the root cause issue. The doctor used a lot of analogies to help me understand and he was very personable and his bedside manner was amazing. I've never had this kind of doc appointment before. He took his time with me and tried to understand me.

Dr. Chao was excellent. He is clearly passionate about helping patients, and he thoroughly explained my medical options. For ongoing needs outside of his specialty, Dr. Chao was also sure to refer me directly to another colleague while making it clear that I can still receive the immediate care I came in for.

I was completely satisfied with my Telemedicine consultation with Dr. Chao. He reviewed the history related to my condition carefully and discussed the pros and cons of various treatment options.
