I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who is deeply committed to advocating for individuals who feel unheard and unseen while advocating for more mental health awareness in our community.

I started as an LVN in Ohio and began travel nursing which lead me to Texas where I received my BSN at the University of Texas in Arlington. While working in the ICU I continued at UTA to obtain my Masters and became a PMHNP. With a wealth of experience gained from living in many areas across the United States during my life, I have developed a profound understanding of diverse communities and the mental health challenges they face.

I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapies alongside medication management to support my clients on their journey to mental wellness. My approach is highly individualized, recognizing that every person’s …experience is unique. By combining therapeutic techniques with medication management, I aim to create the most effective and comprehensive treatment plan tailored to each client’s needs.
