Dr. Robert Raymond Chase, MD

Dr Chase has performed 3 total moble knee replacements & 1 total reverse shoulder surgery on on my sweet ?? in the past years. We could never find a better caring doctor any where. He was right by Eddie side all the way. He kept me up to date every step of the way. My Eddie has been Self Employed. The longest time he missed work was maybe 3-4 weeks. Now that he is 73 years of age, he had an Log Truck accident, it had nothing to do with his future knee surgery. Dr Robert Chase has been trying to find the right surgeon. He is right on the ball making sure Eddie other injuries are healed before moving forward. It's not above him to call Eddie and keep him updated. I have very few times in my life been a patient. His team has worked non-stop for me with the insurance company to make sure I receive the best outcome from my surgery. My surgery and care have gone completely as Dr. Chase as said with me following everything as he has instructed. I find him very old school and easy to relate too. I understand every detail of instructions that he gives me. He has walked me from stage 1 the initial visit until -- he still checks and see's me during my physical therapy sessions. The ladies that manage his office are amazing, you don't have to fight with insurance companies, be placed on hold for hours, try to manage all your appointments. They walk you through every- thing. Dr. Chase is an compassionate surgeon that has made my life almost whole again. Since since, I haven't had any pain, My suture line is so tiny that it's almost invisible. I could never thank him or his staff enough for the care that I have received.

Dr. Robert Chase Surgical Specialist that he is. He explained what happened to my knee when I fell. He explained to me what he was going to do to fix the problem. At the Medical Center he came in and explained everything again and what was going to happen. Dr.Chase was great I would recommend him to anybody.

I first had surgery with Dr. Chase in 2000. I had exploded a disk in my lower back leaving my left leg paralyzed and me in a wheelchair for a month. Dr. Chase helped me by fighting for me with the insurance companies to perform the surgery before there was too much permanent damage. I was able to walk again after surgery but the thing that stands out is that he performed my surgery on his birthday. I just want him to know how much he is appreciated and what a great surgeon he is. He also rebuilt my right shoulder when my rotator cuff completley detached, also work related. When I am able to I am going to have him repair my left shoulder which also has the same problem. He doesn't listen to his patients. His big ego gets in the way of treating patients. His wife runs the office and is unpleasant. Between the two of them I don't know how he still has patients. He was still doing open shoulder surger when other doctors were using scopes. Which is what he did to me. I caught a friend just before he messed her up and she had another doctor scope her shoulder. He did a complicated back surgery which he should have nver done. Stay away from this doctor.

He is a excellent listner and great diagnostician. He is also the most talented surgically.
