If I could give NEGATIVE STARS. I would!!! horrible customer service! secretaries make you wait on hold for 30 minutes to talk to a receptionists. then when you arrive they make you wait while they talk about their weekend while ignoring multiple patients sitting at the window for 10 minutes. staff are incredibly rude or inconsiderate. They Take months to book you then try to cancel on you. Don’t go here if you want actual people who care. Dr and staff pretend that they’re nice, but they’ll make you wait a year before they actually help you. I waited 10 months to be seen then they try to cancel day of and move your appointment The morning of your appointment even though your booked 6 months earlier. don’t go here! worst of the worst!! Every receptionist should be let go for their poor job skills! Absolutely unkind and and rude humans only there for a paycheck! If you want a dr who care do not go here!

Dr. Robert Chow is the best in the field for pain management. I recommend him for anyone needing a specialist in the field.

I just had an injection with Dr. Chow and he was awesome! His bedside manner was the best. He immediately put me at ease with his humor. I'd highly recommend him!
