Dr. Robert Bradley Cohen, MD

Doctor was extremely dismissive and rude. He decided what was wrong with my child and refused to look at any other options, I think being questioned hurt his pride cuz he was irritated when I asked for another doctor. He refused to allow me to speak with one. It was terrible and as a scared parent I hope no other scared parent has to deal with this man. He is dismissive and checked out. And his diagnosis was wrong.

I was hospitalized St. Joseph Mercy. He was my ER DR. Since he is independent physician, my insurance could not give me in-network rate even if St. Joseph was in network with my insurance. I have to pay $185.97 more of the amount reasonable and customary which is normally charged for the same service. Emergency visit, high. The balanced bill will destroy my credit and life. I could not reach the Dr. for a complaint. I contacted an advocate at St. Joseph, but couldn't help me.

He was rude, dismissive of everything I had to say, had a scowl on his face while talking AT me--I was 78 yrs. then. He would only listen to my 2 daughters. Clearly he has a problem dealing with elderly patients.
