My first visit with Dr Coleman was a wonderful experience, he took his time explaining everything. I would recommend him to anybody, thank you very much, M Lopez

I called today over 4 times and each time I was placed on hold. The third time I called Chris asked if I could hold and I told him I could not. I was left on hold prior to this and no one ever picked up to handle my call. The fourth time I told Chis that I could not hold and he told me that I have towait till he tends to other patients that are ahead of me. I informed him that I have patiently waited several times on the phone without him ever tending to my call and I asked him to please schedule an appointment for me and he merely told me to hold again. Now Ive been waiting for over 5 minutes on hold, no response back and no appointment. Its unfortunate because Dr. Coleman is a great doctor and has excellent bedside manners unlike his office staff that just doesn't understand what great customer service is all about of doe they even care that the individual on the other end of the line may really need their appointment, in my case I did. Im so taken by this type of treatment.

I started on insulin a couple of months ago had side effects with the first product trial and the second recommended product does not appear to be strong enough based on the units directed to take plus THE HIGH NUMERS. Call to talk with the staff several times and the feed back was not helpful. I have been on oral meds for diabetes for over 25 years and insulin is new to me and I need help to find the right dosage and to determine whether this brand is the right one for me. I REALLY LIKE DR. COLEMAN but I NEED HELP!

Great doctor, but nearly impossible to get a staff person on the phone or even make an appointment, without waiting a day or two for a call back. Phone tag turns simple issues into complicated ones.

He is an excellent doctor who was willing to look past the "normal" diagnosis to figure out a rare one. He did save my life. He is professional and has an excellent bedside manner.
