Robert M. Collins, D.D.S.
Dr Robert Collins or “Dr Rob” as his patients call him, is a native of Newark, Delaware. He graduated from Salesianum High School in Wilmington, Delaware, and the University of Delaware in Newark, where he earned a Bachelors degree in Biological Science in 1996. Attending Dental school at The University of Maryland, Dr Rob was awarded his Doctorial Degree in Dental Surgery in 2000. During his Dental Training Dr Rob excelled at pediatric dentistry as he was the sole recipient in his graduating class of The American Society of Dentistry for Children's Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Interest and Proficiency in Dentistry for Children.
Following a 1 year General Practice Residency with Christiana Care Health System in Wilmington Delaware, Dr Rob completed his 2 year specialty pediatric dental residency training at the University of Maryland in 2003. He has practiced at his present location in the Pike Creek area of Wilmington, Delaware since 2003.
…Dr Robert is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist, a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and is on staff at A.I. Dupont Children’s Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.
He is a member of The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, The Delaware State Dental Society and The American Dental Association.
Dr Collins has been voted one of Delaware's Top Pediatric Dentists in Delaware Today Magazine in 2006, 2008, 2010 and 2011. He resides in Landenberg, Pennsylvania with his wonderful wife Christina.
