Dr. Robert Coni

Saw Dr Coni 1time and was suppose to get Botox for hemifacial spasms! Could never get past his office help! They wanted me to call Medicare for approvals, I called and Medicare said the health care provider had to get the approvals???!!!! Well the girl kept saying she kept getting rejections on my case! Amazing! Went to another Dr (who is amazing) on feb2 and was approved by Feb 8! Dr Coni better ck into his office help! Sad situation!!!

Appointments made months is advance---doctor is not in that day, when you get there. Takes 4 weeks to just call in a prescription refill. Told by doctor to schedule major procedure, schedule it, get it done then Dr Coni won't see you for months afterwards. the office staff is just as inefficient as the doctor.

Although there was a problem with appointment, it was resolved quickly and courteously. Appointment was handled promptly and was very professionally.

Did not provide adequate information about my condition. Very self-assured and oily. A cowboy more interested in making money and leading the good life than in being a good physician. He should be thrown out of the medical profession.

Dr. Coni is very rude, uncaring, and has horrible bedside manners. He does not listen to patients and could care less to diagnose them correctly or help them. He seems uneducated and does not want to take the time to learn of patients conditions.
