Dr. Robert T Corte, DDS

Dr. Robert Corte graduated with honors from the University of Illinois-College of Dentistry and completed post-graduate training in the General Dental Practice Residency Program at Michael Reese Hospital. During this time he received advanced training in general dentistry and did rotations through the departments of oral surgery, internal medicine and anesthesia. Prior to receiving his D.D.S. degree from University of Illinois, Dr. Corte attended St. Mary’s College of Minnesota for his undergraduate studies.
Following his residency, Dr. Corte served as an assistant professor and taught in the Comprehensive Dentistry Program at the University of Illinois-College of Dentistry. He was also the Director of the Department of Stomatology (Oral Medicine) at Franklin Boulevard Community Hospital. During this time he provided dental care to disabled patients affiliated with the Easter Seals Society of Metropolitan Chicago. Dr. Corte received a Professional Service Award from Seguin Services …Incorporated in appreciation for skilled medical services and for improving the quality of life for their clients with developmental disabilities.
Dr. Corte is a member of The National Dental Honor Society, American Dental Association, and Illinois Dental Society and Chicago Dental Society where he served on the mediation committee. He is a Senior Dental Insurance Consultant for American Dental Examiners INC. Dr. Corte is active in continuing education and has taken numerous courses and seminars in order to remain current with the latest advancements in dentistry to ensure that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.
Dr. Corte has maintained a private practice in general dentistry since 1981 in LaGrange, Illinois where he is actively involved in the community and lives in the neighborhood with his wife Susan, 5 children (Diana, Lauren, Daniel, Scott and Matthew), and dog Scoots.
