NP or PA who is working with Dr needs more education on how to care for patients with debilitating medical conditions.

After a visit where was told possible torn rotator cuff and given a pain med called and told them med not agreeing with me can not tollerate (too nausious)left message for dr. no call back. Waited a couple of days in unbarable pain called again .. same thing no call back called again the following day , surprise, no return call. When I did get through the staff was extremely rude and said they did not know why he chose not to call back they do have all the notes of the calls , and the dr refuses to change his medication . She did make a comment about how we all want immediate reliefe in the world today and we cant have it. I asked him to call the ortho and consult with him and she said he will not ... I wonder what type of response time we would have gotten if the insurance was different!!!!!!!!!
