Dr. Robert Moore Crooks

i would not recommend this oral surgeon. not only was he extremely nonchalant going into my 8 tooth removal and after even after crying to him in pain. exactly a week after surgery, i went back in i was still experiencing pain he says it’s due to having two dry sockets and packed it with clove which was supposed to have “immediate relief” i told him in office it didn’t help much, he kept assuring me it was supposed to be immediate. on day 10 now, i saw a regular dentist who made me aware i now have exposed bone showing and that has delayed my healing process, dr.crooks response to this was he’s been practicing for 40 something years and that it is perfectly normal for bone exposure?? i’m sorry what (and which my dentist did say in some cases yes it’s normal but in MY case it should’ve been fixed rather then temporarily helped by clove that did nothing. also let’s not mention he admitted from his own mouth he saw the exposed bone and said nothing, he was EXTREMELY rude on the phone. i… understand a 20 y/o may not know everything but i do know what feels and does not feel normal.

I was told by my dentist that I needed to have a back upper tooth removed. I was referred to Dr. Robert Crooks. The whole procedure and experience at his office went well. I was very pleased and would recommend Dr Crooks.

Dr, Crooks is rude and a very inconsiderate person. He has poor customer service skills. Stay far away from him if you're going to get your teeth extracted. I was in a lot of pain because my gums were infected, so while he was trying to extract my teeth. He said if I move he's not going to work on my mouth. When I told him, I was still feeling the pain. He got mad and walked away while I was in the chair bleeding. Then, he told me he's not working on my mouth and he is not giving me antibiotics or pain medication to help me. He does not deserve to be a doctor.

The nurses and receptionist at Dr. Crooks’ office were AMAZING. Such sweet women, but Dr. Crooks himself?? Rude and not at all personable. Definitely needs to learn a thing or two on customer service because he was not kind or warm to his patient as I believe he should be when they’re undergoing surgery.
