Dr. Robert Michael Cropper, MD

The first visit was great, paid my $100.00 co-pay, had a small procedure done and left. Returned for the follow-up visit. Sat in the room for about 10 minutes, which wasn't that bad. Dr. Cropper comes in to check how everything was healing. This is where it takes a turn. He looks at the WRONG foot!!! I had to show him where he did the procedure. Does he not read his chart before seeing his patients? Anyway he looked at the foot said that it's healing great. This all took about 5 minutes. When leaving office was told that I had to pay another $100.00 for the follow-up visit. I was shocked!!!! Never did I have to pay for a follow-up visit with any doctor. I told the office I was not going to pay for me telling the doctor which foot it was!!! I would NOT recommend him, but if you do ask if he charges for 5 minute follow-up visits. Total rip-off!!!!!

Overall, my experience with Dr Cropper included visits and surgery and everything went very well. He was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable His staff always made me feel comfortable and never made me feel like an imposition
