Do not use this dentist! As a senior I depend highly on the honesty of my medical providers to tell me when they are in network or out of network. I asked this dentist when I made my appointment, again when I appeared on the day of my appointment and I had called my advantage plan carrier. The office told me each time that they were an in-network provider. They were also listed in my booklet of network providers. They waited until I had completed my procedure to tell me that they were no longer in network with my insurance. They made me wait over 45 minutes and should have told me this before incurring any charges so that I could make an informed decision. This makes a HUGE difference in the amount I pay out of pocket.I have tried to resolve this with the office, and asked that the dentist call to no avail. So now I will spread the word on social media so that the public beware.
