Dr. Robert Francis Curtin, MD

Dr Curtin has been my doctor for 18 years. I have nothing but good things to say. He is a wonderful doctor. He always has a courteous greeting and a hand shake for my husband and I. He always listens and spends as much time as needed with me. He has helped me through a very difficult disease. If he doesn't know what the problem is, he will get you to someone who does. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We have been seeing Dr. Curtin for several years. He is very good. Takes his time listening to you, he is never in a hurry, always a nice greeting and handshake. He is friendly and easy to talk to. He has always given us an accurate diagnosis and has taken care of our health problems. If he thinks we need to see a specialist, he does not hesitate to send us to one. I have read some of the negative reviews that have been left here and on other sites. it appears they are all left by the same person over and over. The bottom line is, Dr. Curtin is a great doctor.

It seems there is a pattern here. If you are an elderly person do not choose this doctor! My mother had abdominal pain and instead of ordering tests that could diagnose what the pain came from he said put her in hospice and he put her on pain pills. She got out of bed after a pain pill and fell and hit her head, she gave up and stopped eating after that. He writes you off if you require more than an antibiotic.

Very disappointing! Dr Curtin gave little guidance in helping mother with Alzheimers' by avoiding discussions that would get Mother better living quarters and treatment. I felt like Mother was just another medicare patient. He gave drugs with known side-effects not realizing there were newer drugs w/o those side effects.

He is a horrible doctor and does not care about is patients or listen to them. He will not touch his patients not even to shake hands. He does not look his patient or their familys in the eyes when he speaks. No matter what the subject or content is about. The subject could be as serious as death and he has no remorse or care about anyone but his own self. He is sneak and shifty and I wouldnt take a pet cockroach to him. If you see him I urge you to seek new medical treatment before it is too late.

I have been going to this Doctor for some time now and I can't say one bad thing about him. He is always willing to listen to my problems and concerns take all the time needed and seems concern himself when talking with him.Good Job Doc.
