My daughter (age 7) had a trauma to her front teeth and she needed both removed rather quickly. Dr. Deatrick got us an early appointment and was wonderful with her.

The secretary at this office was so unbelievably rude. She laughed when I asked if I can get an emergency appointment for an infected wisdom tooth. She put me on hold and then proceeded to say if I did not have it removed there was no other option so what was the point of getting another surgeons opinion. She acted like she was the oral surgeon, insulting and laughing at what I was asking. I understand it is Monday and busy, but NO ONE should be treated the way this secretary spoke to me. This woman should not be working there. It was absolutely disgusting.
