Dr. DeBruin is an excellent doctor- his staff however is way too busy or not trained properly, particularly in promptness in filling prescriptions for serious illness.

The office staff is rude. Every time I call they are obnoxious

The office is very unsanitary and office staff are terrible. Wait times are over an hour.

Doctor, Pam, and Vicki are great. Front desk is a complete disaster!!! They don't answer the phone, they don't return calls. I'm amazed the CA Medical Board has not shut this office down. Patient abandonment? I document all calls and lack thereof... The place is like a 3rd world Walmart, try and stay away.

Went to DeBruin's office the first of the year after my old doctor moved out of state. Wanted an annual physical and was told I'd have to wait for next year to see DeBruin, but NP Vicki could see me. She seems through and caring, and am happy with her. Even though I've never met the Doc, I'm leaving as the staff is poor, confused and won't even return phone calls, not any of three.

Place is pretty old and dirty for a DR.s office. The wait time is too long and it can take up to 2 months to get a new patient appt. That said, once you get in the NP Vicki and Dr Debruin are wonderful. Will even return messages on Sunday night.

Dr. DeBruin is Truly a good Dr who cares greatly about his patients. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the office staff who is extremely unfriendly, rude at times, just plain inefficeint & think they own the practice. To get a prescription filled, or get a lab slip, Or ask them to do any of their job is a nightmare. I have consistently had bad experiences with the front office staff.

Pam (NP) and Dr. Debruin are worth the 15 minute wait, once in you think that you are the only patient he has. He is caring, and makes sure that you understand the diagnosis, even if he has to draw a picture. I can not believe that he found a nurse practitioner as kind and caring as himself. We love them both!
