Dr. Robert Braden Dinn, MD

My husband has a mid morning appointment for a cataract exam. My eye doctor had recently performed an eye exam and sent Dr. Dinn the report, which included all important information. This was just a consultation to see if cataract surgery was needed or an option. We waited an hour and a half before we were even called back to a room. We weren't the only ones because other patients in the waiting room were discussing how long they had been waiting as well, some over an 1.2 hours. The tech then performed an "exam" which was unnecessary because all of the information was included in the report my local eye doctor sent over to Dr. Dinn. Once Dr. Dinn FINALLY saw my husband, he was only with us for approximately four minutes and we ended up with more questions that answers. Afterwards, the tech said it was common for their office to run hours behind and it doesn't bother than that they do. "They're so busy." Don't visit this doctor unless you have hours to burn and want to leave… without any information regarding your condition and you want to have unnecessary exams performed. Absolutely horrible.

I Think DR DINN is a wonderful Dr. Very understanding and thoughtful and Kind.

Love the fact that he is very professional and knows what he is doing...but I always feel as though I am the assembly line. How many can they get in and out. They really need to take a bit of time with their patients. I also feel that the staff needs to know about the patients insurance.
