pushy docs, don't listen to patient, poor communication skills, no follow up

worst doctors and nurses ever. everytime you see someome, its a new person and theyre all newbies or still in school. I went in for what i thought was a sinus infection because I chronically get them and have for years. I know my symptoms. the girl "dr" lightly taps on my head and asks if it hurts. If i could have even felt her baby little tap at all! what a joke. Then i tell her im really tired and sneezing a lot. She says i just have a touch of the flu and nothing can be done. I thought yeah right. I went to one of those urgent care places, paid $50, they actually looked at me and did tests and i had a sinus infection and they prescribed an antibiotic and I was feeling better the next day. Tatem brown is very bad. 3rd time mis diagnosing me! OH! and let me tell you when the nurse had me come back she weighed me. do you know she weighed me with my coat and boots on AND me holding my purse!!!! I even said something to her I said, youre not recording that weight in my chart as a record… right? I have a heavy winter coat on and i didnt put my purse down yet.... she just laughed and told me to go back with her. what a bunch of idiots!!!!

I would not recommend this practice as the quality of the doctors and the service that they provide is questionable and just below average - many newbies. The practice is associated with Virtua Hospital and you can read about where they are rated in relation to other hospitals in the area. In addition they try to charge you for everything - when I needed a copy of my own medical records to be provided directly to me or a new physician they wanted to charge me a good sum per page for all my records and did not even have electronic copies. This review is about the practice and not about Dr Direnzo since I am not his patient
