Dr. Robert Martin Doane, MD

My husband had arthroscopic surgery on his knee and Dr.Doane was excellent!!!! Very minimal pain couldn’t be happier!!!!!

Doctor came in, looked at xrays and talked into some microphone wanting to know why I was there! He asked me why I was there as he was a bone/ligament doctor. I explained the pain in my left leg then he picked it up, turning it (sever pain) and said it was just a sprain and to set up some therapy in his office. He also said to get sox for the cellulitis in my legs. I went to another Orthopedic and was advised that my left leg was indeed broken with a clean break!!! Wow, a little more than just a "Sprain!!"

Dr.Doane is one of the best Doctors I have been to!!! Caring, understanding, and he gets you in a timely manner...... Unlike Alligant Health ortho in Jackson takes you weeks to get in then you do not even see the provider you see a PA then you have to come back and see the provider !!!! Thank you Dr.Doane

Dr. Doane has taken care of me for years he goes above and beyond! Excellent doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had to wait over two hrs., never apologized. Spent hardly any time with me. Has poor bedside manner. I had a bleed and I had to call the nurse back in. Staff was nice. I was planning on going to him for a knee replacement but that changed my mind.

Dont call a patient with a cancellation if youre just going to make them wait 2 and a half hours. Then while your patient waits your tv is so loud its uncomfortable to be in the room. When you are disciplining your staff you should do it in private. It is very unprofessional.

Takes about paying his bills? Office ran With no staff, 1 therapist working, running between 4 people if your lucky, sometimes more. Also leaves to teach a class for about a 1/2 hour. Is that even legal to charge all these people for an hour of therapy and you get 10 minutes worth ?

The entire office, from x-ray tech to the nurse and the Doctor. Very kind and professional. Looks to run like a well oiled machine.

Dr. Doane and his staff are fabulous. So friendly, helpful. Everyone is so professional. His Physical Therapist, Balu Pisupati is my new Angle! He is truly wonderful, I feel better already, thank you all :)
