Dr. Robert Arthur Ecker, MD

I went to him for a complicated issue he knew nothing about. He had to excuse himself while he read up on the medical literature. When he came back, I guess he was embarrassed by his lack of knowledge and treated me rude from every appointment after that. His medical records for me were incomplete and he had a rude demeanor towards me. Go somewhere else if you require a patient, caring doctor. I switched doctors and found out he didnt even order proper testing for me and misdiagnosed a skin condtion that a dermatologist was quickly abke to diagnosis. NO NO AND MORE NO

I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Ecker for approximately 34 years, and I have always found him to be caring, honest, trustworthy, and competent! I appreciate that he listens and he hears what I have to say. When I bring concerns to him, he respects my concerns and he respects me. Dr. Ecker acknowledges my understanding of my body and its' changes. He has taken the time to get to know me as a person. His professional guidance and referrals, for issues beyond his scope, have always been spot on! He has seen me and my family through many health challenges that we never anticipated we would encounter. Not only is Dr. Robert Ecker my doctor, he is an excellent medical practitioner and my friend! I couldn't ask for more!

I have been in the care of Dr. Ecker and his staff for about 15 years. Dr. Ecker is always polite and easy to understand. He listens to your concerns, and answers your questions. If for any reason he can't make what he wants you know clear, he will find written information on the issue and give it to you, or he will direct you to someone who can. As with any office, or individual's there will be times when there are missed communications, and rarely a mistake made, but Dr. Ecker and his staff will do whatever it takes to make it right. I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years, so I know a good doctor and staff when I see them. I would recommend Dr. Ecker and his caring staff to anyone and have many times.

i recieved very unprofessional service from this office. excessive calls to get scripts renewed and even was given a medicine that i was allegeric to by this office. wouldnt recommend this office or any of its personnel to anyone. enter with caution.

Dr. Ecker is an excellent doctor, he will work with you until he finds what is causing the problem and the solution/cure to that problem
