Dr. Robert Michael Elliott, MD

Dr is always late mostly setting around laughing & joking with staff or walking around outside bird watching while people wait. Had lab work there next day I had to be out of town on business for two weeks. I called them for the results, they refused to give me any info of the test unless I came into the office. My other doctors don’t require this for test results. Example of hateful staff: when asking her about why I owed a balance after filing on insurance. When I ask her for a copy of my bill she Instead of explaining to me that the amount was a result of Medicare annual deductible of $185.00. She printed it out and threw it through the sliding window. This is the worse medicinal provider I’ve seen in 70 years.

Horrible staff. I call ask for things like refills no follow up. I call again no answer as to why there was no follow up or answer as to why no one called it in. I only Go here when my current doctor is booked up now. Dr. Elliot doesn’t seem to care that his staff is awful.

Was able to be seen same day. Wait time was short, nurse and doctor was friendly and compassionate with any questions or concerns I had. Absolutely would recommended!

Doctor did not even show up for my first appt. He was over an hour late for the next appt. He prescribed blood pressure meds without a physical or even a check up. Staff and Doctor are rude and act as if you are wasting their time and don't want you there. My blood pressure wasn't high enough for a lifetime of BP pills. I was expecting him to give me some coping skills for my stress and suggest a diet and excersie. He talked over me and belittled me so bad I didnt even get to finish the visit because he told me he was to busy and walked out on me. The nurse suggested I set another appt and come back. Not in this life
