A really super kind caring doctor who repaired both my shoulders the office staff is professional and the really care about you. I cannot thank them enough. Still recovering but expect to be 100 %

Dr. Eppley operated on my shoulder and knee, and was very thoughtful about what made sense for me given my injuries, activity level, health, life circumstances, etc. rather than defaulting to age-based 'rules of thumb'. He was very direct and throrough in discussing options and key considerations, rehab, and expected results. Both surgeries were successful with results exceeding expectations. His reputation is well known so appointments can be challenging, but well worth it.

I feel blessed to have been referred to Dr. Eppley and his staff. The good Doctor is indeed GOOD!! Highly professional and personable! I was impressed with Dr. Eppley's manner and bearing. That my be called "bedside manner" and Dr. Eppley excelled in that area. He made me and my spouse feel extremely comfortable as he fully explained the procedure, what to expect post surgery and during therapy. I consider Dr. Eppley and Gaye to be the best of the best and I would certainly recommend them to a friend or acquaintance.

Excellent Doctor and PA. I just completed my second Knee Surgery by Dr. Eppley and I highly recommend him and his staff. He is highly experienced and specialized in Knee and Shoulders and therefore provides a very accurate and professional recommendation for a course of action (change in activity/exercise, Physical Therapy or Surgery). The office is well staffed and the entire Staff is well organized and professional.

I had 2 total knee replacements & am almost 65. From the office staff to the X-ray tech, nurses Gaye the PA & Dr Eppley, these were the most caring warm & talented medical group our family has ever dealt with. No question was deemed stupid, calls were returned promptly & the after care was as wonderful as the surgery. Care was given to pain management & getting me mobile almost instantly. I can now keep up w/ my 2 young grandsons & won't be confined to a wheelchair. The care I received & his concern for not just myself, but my family ,was phenomenal.i can't recommend this Dr & office highly enough as words don't suffice. All I can tell them is thank you so much!

I highly recommend Dr. Eppley and Gaye. My complicated rotator cuff surgery was successful. They are professional and very caring as well as accessible to me when I had questions. Their office staff is efficient and patient friendly as well.

Dr. Eppley is an excellent doctor. After knee surgery, my physical therapist told me that all of his patients who are operated on by Dr. Eppley make his job easier!! He is soooo right! I firmly believe that my recovery has been much smoother than I expected because of his expert surgical skills. He is master...don't underestimate the value of a good surgeon. They are NOT all the same!

Dr. Eppley has worked on my knee twice in the last ten years. I've had four other knee surgeries performed by other doctors, and when asked about Eppley, I always say he is the best doctor I've ever had--I feel he educated me about knee health, maintaining longevity of my knees, and non-surgical approaches to increasing mobility while lowering pain. His entire staff, especially the wonderful Gaye DeRusso PA-C, provide a highly professional and caring experience. Pre and Post OP documentation and care, especially pain management, were outstanding. Go see Dr. Eppley!

Dr. Eppley and Gaye DeRusso are wonderful. I recently had a total knee replacement done by Dr. Eppley. He was caring, gentle and seemed genuinely interested in my wellbeing. Gaye, his PA is fantastic. In addition to answering all my questions at each appointment without making me feel rushed, she was available by email and answered within minutes or the same day. On a recent post op appointment, I had a cyst on my arm that was inflamed. Instead of sending me off to another doctor for treatment, Gaye drained the cyst right there in the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Eppley, Gaye, and the whole staff at Cal Sports and Orthopaedics Institute.
