He actually put misinformation on my sons death certificate. Maybe to further the opioid crisis I’m not sure he refused to speak to me, but I know for a fact it was not to do with that. Furthermore he was last seen in his office for dvt and was most likely the cause, but he took it upon himself to smear my sons name.

The nurse that was sitting behind the counter interrupted my conversation when I was asking a question and was very rude about my question. She argued with me and kept getting nastier as the conversation went on. Not the first time I felt with rudeness here

After seeing many doctors for several years, I finally got a correct diagnostic from Dr Robert Erickson. I hope never had a problem contacting him or his staff. Granted sometimes the wait is a bit long but that only proves the care he provides to his patients. When I moved back to Buffalo after 5 years he is the doctor I wanted as my primary.

An exceptional quality service from a professional team of doctors. Absolutely satisfied and have a peace of mind knowing this practice is taking care of me. Thank you to all of you.

Sorry excuse for a human being, calls himself a christian, but is judgemental and condescending, rude and inconsiderate too! I am a cancer patient the first words he said were "do you know Jesus Christ as your personal lord and savior, I dont think you do because if you did you wouldn't have cancer", A lousy doctor an even worse person, stay away!

Previous appointment was over an hour with no apology or explanation. Most recent appointment I waited over 90 minutes without being called. I arrived 5 minutes early, and the doctor did not have an emergency. No explanation, no warning of delays. Remarkably discourteous treatment. Getting a new doctor.

Dr (Robert) Erickson takes the time to make sure you understand what is going on and the recommended treatment. No doubt his PERSONAL concern and time is what adds to time in the waiting room and why his office has SO MANY patients. If you want "boiler plate" medical care go to one of those 24 hr clinics; if you want the closest thing to a FAMILY Doctor this is the place to go.

Dr. Rob is nice, but the wait was not acceptable - over an hour - I felt forgotten. Nurses nice, receptionists are terrible - can't ever get appointment or refills as needed - poor communication with/from support staff. Overall I am very disatisfied.
