Dr. Robert Elton Fales JR., MD

Dr. Fales is brilliant. He does not sugarcoat the information he delivers, he is VERY straight forward and comprehensive. He diagnosed me with a condition 7 other MD's couldn't identify. Very grateful to him.

Went there a few times however once he started criticizing my unexplained weight gain and failing to diagnose my condition I changed doctors. His office manager, Sue was rude and would not release my documents to my new dr, which is actually illegal. So glad I left his office.

I have been with Dr. Fales for many years and have found him fine to work with through most of that. However, the quality of their office services have dropped in recent years and as I am aging I need a PCP that will proactively coordinate care between specialists. This is not the practice for that. They won't even deal with billing issues caused by their own mistakes. Time to move on

I found Dr. Fales to be knowledgeable, and a good listener when going for general check-ups, though I never had any major medical needs when seeing him. He was professional and courteous. If there is one quibble I do have, it is about his office, or office staff. I found making appointments, or just getting general information, to be a challenge, and not very helpful.

Dr. Fales is always responsive and concerned about my well being. Sue, his assistant, always responds promptly and efficiently to my queries.

Bad bad bad stay away if you want a dr who will constantly criticize you then stay away

Dr. Fales stood by my late parents during 8 years of difficult decline. He was not only a good doctor technically. He was caring and wise.
