Dr. Robert Tr Falk, MD

Dr. Falk always took his time to answer my questions thoroughly and was very kind. I feel like I got great advice and care from him.

Dr. Falk cares for both me and my son. We're both very happy with his work. He has a wealth of knowledge (history of healthcare) and seems current on new information regarding supplements, drugs, etc. Never trying to sell you something. Great bedside manner. Highly recommend him!

As you know, military uses Tricare which reimburses at Medicare rates so usually our choice of Doctors are bad. Dr Falk is an exceptional physician with great bedside manner. The staff at Quello are always polite and very prompt.

This doctor insisted that I had been notified by "a" pharmacist, who he claimed, had contacted me about an appointment that was "required" for me to get a blood-pressure medication (e.g. Diovan, Maxzide). This refill was after 5 months since prior appointment. Prior docs required annual appointment and I did not receive any notice until my prescriptions ran out and my blood pressure zoomed to dangerous levels. I have been on these meds for 15 years with no prior problems. He also accused me of doctor-shopping because I refused to wait for 6 more weeks to see my regular doctor, R.J. Sheely who was not available in a timely manner. Dr. Falk was hostile, argumenative, unhelpful, and blaming of me, for not knowing how to get through the Quello clinic appointment scheduling obstacles. I have several chronic illnesses and the clinic tried to pressure me to first see a Physician Assistant before allowing me to schedule an appointment with a doctor. This was after my prescription refill… requests were denied with no contact to me from the doctor or the Quello clinic. This is after I have been going to this clinic for almost 30 years.
