He was very attentive and caring! Always went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable. Always a great experience in his office.

Brought my son to the Shirley, NY office for a flu shot. Never met the doc, the PA gave the flu shot but the office is deplorable. Old, dirty, small. The exam room we were in had no chair to sit in. Yep, coats and purse (which are know to be germ collectors) had to go on exam table. Also had to use the exam table as a desk to fill out paperwork. Ceiling stained. Old garbage can was dented and had old stickers stuck to it. No windows in the exam room. No pictures on the wall. Just old 1980ish dirty looking wallpaper. The wood on the doors were chipping. They weren't using electronic medical charts. When you are checking out, you're basically in the doorway where they call patients in. Didn't see any hand sanitizer around. Why I stayed, I don't know. I wouldn't bring my dog to a vet with an office that looked like that. The search begins for a new doc.

Dr Festa is an amazing, caring Doctor. He always goes above and beyond to help my children. We have had the pleasure of having him as our Dr. for 12 years. He is cool and fun and the kids love him!!!!!

Dr. Festa is amazing. We have never ever had a problem with him. He has been caring for our children for 7 years. He is a caring and passionate doctor. His bedside manner is wonderful and he is always available when needed.
