Yes, still in this age after COVID, we have to wait sometimes 30 minutes or more. I'm glad I didn't give up. Ironically, I was so nervous and about to reschedule, and that is when the nurse called me. Trust me, you don't want to give up. Urologists snd nurses and staff are people too. Waiting room is small for so many doctors to be seen. My nurse eased my worried. One doctor sees so many patients. Please be good to yourself and you will be seen. An Urologist just might find out whats going on. They are OZ. It's a thing that take time and have to weigh out "causes and effects." You will not be forgotten.

It is evident that Dr. Fontanes and this facility does not care about their patients.Cenla urology is horrible!! They scheduled me for a procedure, text me to confirm it and when I showed up they acted like they did not know what I was talking about. My husband took off from work, we drove an hour one way, this is so unprofessional and not to mention, all out Sorry!! I do not recommend Dr. Fontane or cenla urology to anyone, ever!!!!!

Both staff and physician were very personable. Wait time was a little long, but what I would expect when seeing a specialist. I’m very happy my primary care referred me to Dr. Fontane for my urology issues.

Incredible Doctor with a Wonderful staff! Dr. Fontane was genuinly concerned with my health and went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of. I will recommend him to Everyone, he was the Best Physician I have seen in any field of healthcare.

Staff was courteous and doctor seems genuinely interested in patient symptoms. He listened to what I had to say, which is rare in physicians now.Time waiting in lobby was excessive. It was over an hour past my appointment time before he entered exam room.
