I saw Dr. Frank this morning bright and early, when people are usually their grumpiest, to address a few concerns. When arriving the front desk people were talking and laughing and then greeted me with a smile. I was promptly checked in and brought back by Dr. Frank's nurse, Terry. Terry was friendly and outgoing and made small talk which made me feel a lot more comfortable with the visit. Within 5 minutes of checking my vitals Terry let me know that she couldn't input my vitals because Dr Frank was looking at my chart because he likes to get to know his patients. I'm thinking at this point the reviews about the staff have been horribly wrong, they have been amazing. Surely, the doctor is going to be rude at the very least of this visit. I couldn't have been more wrong. He was very direct and to the point but made a few jokes to lighten the mood. I'm grateful I found him and his staff.

When booking the appointment I was able to do so promptly and saw Dr. Frank within the week. At the clinic I was treated respectfully and the doctor was fairly thorough with his testing, although we didn't find the root of the problem. However when I called to get a letter to show my employer, I might as well have been trying to give a cat a bath. When I first called I was treated abrasively for asking for the letter. I asked if I could possibly e-mail Dr. Frank to explain my situation and the secretary said "Why would you need to contact him" After assuring me that she would inform him. I called an hour later. Apparently Dr. Frank was done for the day and already went home. Day two: I call to make sure nobody forgot and that my message was properly passed on. At this point the secretary with a snarky attitude tells me that I don't need to call she already knows that. Keep in mind if I don't this diagnosis from Mr. Frank I cannot go back to work, so I think my call… was reasonable. I'm still waiting on Dr. Frank and possibly will miss my next contract.
