Dr. Robert Matthew Frank, MD

After a visit to the ER with gastrointestinal issues, I followed up with and established care with Dr. Frank. He performed an exam and sent me for an ultrasound. The ultrasound showed that I have gallstones. His response was I am "asymptomatic" and need to "substantially decrease" my fast food, fatty and fried food diet. I went in for a second opinion who gave me an immediate referral to the general surgeon after looking over my diet, symptoms, and recent ER experience. I wouldn't sent my worst enemy to Dr. Frank. He is dismissive, makes assumptions rather than asking questions, and had I not been my own health advocate could have led to further complications due to his negligence.
