Dr. Frankel is the best dentist, been going to him since I was 9 and I’m 21 now. Always has a great service and very efficient.

I was greeted at the door and my temp was taken as well as answering questions and answers and given hand sanitizer. They have 10 HEPA filters and had me do a 'pre=rinse' before being seen. I felt my family was SO SAFE!!! They are strict and that's why I highly recommend Dr. Frankel and his staff!!!

My son had a visit today at Dr. Frankels clinic located at 3317 Bainbridge Ave Bronx, NY 10467. He forgot the mask in car. I asked the frontdesk If they can provide the mask for him, they refused. Her exact words were “ we don’t have a mask to spare because we are a private clinic”. They treated us like were asking for illegal drugs not a mask for a ten 10 year old. I felt very disrespected they way I was talked too. In the end I ended up walking away, because if they can spare one mask what kind of clinic they are? I’m paying for the service not them. Above everything where is human compassion or understanding!

Very serious about their COVID-19 'new normal' office protocol. Friendly staff and my kids were very happy. Dr. Frankel has a lot to patience for his patients!!!!!
