Dr. Robert Friedman

OMG, where do I start!!!!???! I went in for the first time as a new patient about two hours ago. The girl in the room took about 15-20 Xrays of my mouth. Then, after waiting another half an hour, the "dentist" finally walks into the room. As soon as I saw him, I felt that something seems off. His eyes were bloodshot and he definitely looked as if he was high on something.... who knows though. He went over my X rays and told me my teeth look good. Then he started to do the "cleaning." He basically poked around on a few teeth and then told me we were done. I said, "what, that's it? Aren't you supposed to do a cleaning with a fluoride treatment?" He then told me that I have a "s**t insurance" and that he wasn't getting paid anything from my insurance to see me. Woah, excuse me!???? Insane! He proceeded to tell me how bad my insurance was and complain that he wasn't going to get paid much from them. I was in shock! I left the room, a bit afraid, as he was starting to raise his… voice. I told the girls at the front desk that I would NOT be back again. Friedman followed me to the front desk and told me not to come back as this wasn't the right place for me. He then purposely mentioned how he has a lavish office in Manhattan and that I didn't belong there as his patient. OMG!! WORST EXPERIENCE I have EVER had with any kind of doctor or dentist. This guy is not a Dentist, he thinks he is. It seems to me that he suffers from some kind of personality disorder and would be better suited in a Psychiatric Institute rather than treating human beings.
