In a word - horrible. I also experienced the arrogance mentioned in a previous rating, which might have been tolerable if there had been an appropriate treatment put into place. Just horrible.

This is a physician who listens, who cares about the whole patient, who takes all the time needed to diagnose and treat each person. His kindness is legendary.

If you are capable of advocating for yourself and can navigate your own care, by all means this could be the doctor for you. If you need a doctor who will search for answers until an accurate diagnosis is found, find another physician. This one missed the mark for years.

Dr. Friedman treats you as an adult, engaging you in the process of diagnosis and treatment. He is accessible, knowledgeable and caring. He is meticulous in his patient charting and follow up. The nuns at St. Joe's in Syracuse think of him as a saint. I agree.

If you are searching for a Doctor PLEASE,PLEASE keep looking. This man should Not be practicing medicine. He is on a Power Trip and does not care about your well being. I have seen many Doctors around the country and he is by Far the poorest excuse of an MD I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Trust me keep away.
