Dr. Ganz is knowledgeable, skillful, respectful & kind. Always answers my questions. Patient with finding a solution that works for me.

If Dr Ganz doesn't excellent job of going through the form and asking follow-up questions as to why I was there, and then providing me with the treatment plan that I need.

I felt that Dr. Ganz shaped or slightly rushed the discussion of my esophgeal/intestinal problems making our discussion a little briefer than I would have wished. Because of my hearing loss, I need to receive information at a slower pace than Is the norm for most people's speech today. Another confounding factor is that my blood pressure spiked extremely high and discussion about that took up a significant portion of my appointment time.

The doctor listened to my concerns and gave me some solutions.
